Know the test format
Timed practice tests contain 20 questions in 45 minutes. You need at least 15 correct answers to pass. For current officeholders and representatives in your own area, also consult the official resources.
Choose your access
Try the full app free for 24 hours on this device. The trial starts in the app and does not start a subscription or an automatic payment. After it ends, you can answer 10 practice questions free each day. Full timed practice tests require an active trial or full access.
For unlimited access, choose an optional annual subscription or a permanent unlock with a single purchase. Student pricing is available for current students. The annual subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. The permanent unlock has no subscription or renewal. Prices are shown before you confirm a purchase.

How can I get help?
Email apps@morningside.ch with the app name, app version, iPhone model, iOS version and a short description of the problem. A screenshot can help; please remove private information. Do not send an identity document or payment-card details.
Does the free trial start a subscription?
No. The 24-hour trial starts in the app without a purchase or automatic payment. Afterwards, you can answer 10 practice questions free each day. Full timed practice tests require an active trial or full access.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in the app’s settings while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. An internet connection is needed to check with Apple. If access does not return, contact support with the app name and product name; never send your password.
How do I cancel annual access?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions and select the app. Both standard and student annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. A permanent unlock is a single purchase without renewal. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Will my progress move to another device?
Progress is saved locally. The app does not provide cloud synchronisation. An iOS device backup may contain app data depending on your settings. Restore purchases to recover eligible paid access; this does not itself restore learning history.
How do I report a question?
Send the question text or its identifier, the app language and any selected region, and explain what appears incorrect. A link to a current official source helps us check it. Practice results are learning feedback, not an official certificate or a guarantee of passing.
